Types of Legacy Gifts

Bequests in a Will or Trust
Designate a specific amount, percentage, or remaining estate balance to HLAA Dallas Chapter.

Beneficiary Designations
Name HLAA Dallas Chapter as a beneficiary of a retirement plan, life insurance policy, or financial account.

Memorial or Tribute Gifts
Honor a loved one by establishing a gift in their name as part of your estate plan.

Non-Probate Gifts
Include gifts made through financial accounts with “payable-on-death” or “transfer-on-death” designations.

You may share this wording with your attorney or advisor:

“I give [specific amount or percentage] to the
Hearing Loss Association of America – Dallas Chapter, a nonprofit organization, EIN 83-1760171,
to be used to support its mission and programs.”
