Helpful holiday tips:
• Choose seating with good lighting so faces are visible
• Turn down music and TVs during conversations
• Speak clearly and face the person you’re talking to
• Rephrase instead of repeating if something isn’t understood
• Use captions, apps, or assistive listening devices when available
